We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of any personal information received from you. We take the privacy and security of your personal information seriously and will only use such information as set out in this Privacy Policy.

It also sets out how you can contact us, if you have any queries or concerns. By providing us with your data, you warrant to us that you are over 18 years of age. This policy applies to information we collect on our Website, App, electronic messages (e.g., email) and/or interaction with our third-part websites or services. This policy does not apply to information collected by (i) us offline or though any other means other than or Website and App and (ii) any third-party that may be accessible from our Website or App.

By using the Website or App and submitting your personal information to us, you agree to us collecting, holding, using and disclosing your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The type of personally identifiable information / personal data we collect from you or third parties, may include: (i) identity data, (ii) contact data, (iii) financial data, (iv) transaction data (v) technical data, (vi) profile data, (vii) usage data and (viii) marketing and communications data.

The type of personally non-identifiable information and information obtained from third parties we collect may include: (i) IP address, (ii), cookie information, (iii) log files, (iv) domain names, and (v) browser session and geo-location data, device and network information, statistics on page views and sessions, acquisition sources, search queries and browsing behavior.

When you visit the Websites we automatically log information about your computer, such as the IP address, browser type and access times. We utilize this information to conduct site performance evaluations, to see where visitors are coming from and to keep track of how people use our Websites. Users who do not register or log in as subscribers may browse the Websites without providing any personally identifiable information. Where you opt out of receiving our marketing communications, this will not apply to personal data provided to us as a result of a product/service purchase, warranty registration, product/service experience or other transactions.

We require all third parties to whom we transfer your data to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We only allow such third parties to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Third Parties

There are third party links contained on our Website and App. We do not have any control over those third-party websites. We are not responsible for or liable for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide to such third-party suppliers or whilst visiting such websites. This Privacy Policy only applies to how CE Window deals with your personal information. If you disclose your personal information to any company outside of CE Window, your personal information will be dealt with according to that businesses' privacy practices.

However, we do engage Google and other third-party providers to assist with analytics in relation to the Websites (for example, tracking and reporting to CE Window traffic to the Websites, and how users engage with the Websites). We also engage third party service providers for storage of data via cloud storage.

Updating Your Information

You can review and change your personal information by logging into our Website or App and visiting either the Settings section of our App or Website. You may also email us of any changes or errors in any personal information we have about you to ensure that it is complete, accurate, and as current as possible or to delete your account. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your account with us. We may also not be able to accommodate your request if we believe it would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. If we do not hear otherwise from you, we will assume that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date and that you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of the personal information you provide to us or others for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
