How do I sign up?
To create your account:

1.  Click on the blue “SIGN UP” button on the top-right corner of the website

2.  Follow all prompts until you have successfully created your account
How do I log in?
To log in your account:

1.  Click on the black “LOG IN” button on the top-right corner of the website

2.  Enter your Email and Password. If you have forgotten your log in details, please select "Forgot your email or password?”
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password within your account:

1.  Click on your email address on the top-right corner of website

2.  Click on the pencil next to your password

To reset your password if logged out of your account:

1.  Click on black “LOG IN” button on top-right corner of the website

2.  Select "Forgot your email or password?”
How do I choose my account type?
Account type is chosen at account creation. To upgrade to Premium:

1.  Click on the orange “PREMIUM” button on the top of the website

2.  Follow all prompts to successfully upgrade your account

To downgrade to Essentials, user will go to account settings to edit their plan. Note that downgrading to Essentials will begin at subscription renewal (i.e., the user will not be charged for renewal)
How do I change my email address?
To reset your password within your account:

1.  Click on your email address on the top-right corner of website

2.  Click on the pencil next to your email address

Can I track multiple licenses?
Yes, you can track multiple licenses and most professions do!

Our Essentials (free plan) allows you to track up to 2 licenses, while our Premium plan allows you to track unlimited licenses.
